The site also has 1005 backlinks (without www). It was ranked page 2 on google (now its on page 4 or 5). With a little SEO this site could easily get a page 1 rank and rake in LOTS of cash (Im sure you successful IMers and site flippers know a good site when you see one

Conclusion: Your website is not automatized (everymonth the new owner will have to upload new videos), the max value is 120?, but a good deal should be a selling price around 80-100?.

Your problem is that the site is totally blackhat.

It has too many garbage links to be trusted even if it has potential.
Flipping a site requires confidence, and confidence is not a part of the game here.
