What are great programs to build backlinks?

I would go with LFE, you already have the best 2 of them all, I would say the only other real good backlinking software is LFE. Wish you the best of luck

LFE stands for Link Farm Evolution. Its a powerful tool.

personally, i started my site with manual work.. as far as backlinks go though
i created my own little method.. but for something like this
just use scrapebox to gather the links, moderated ones. or non modded, doesn't matter,
filter out everything that isn't a PR7-PR9
and manually backlink on those.
its slow as shit, but is well worth it because usually there are less OBL
so you take amodded blog PR9, dof0ll0w
and place your comment to that specific post on there.. and bam, you have you a backlink PR9 dooooofolllllloooowww

I've followed this "hybrid" method , All I can say this is more effective for PR than blasting off wildly
