New Issue: PVAs Can't Create Apps

I will tell you guy this :
1- I use non pva then try to create app then confirm phone with spain number, usa number, UK number ,Singapore number but it still give me that error.
2- I use 1 USA ip to create 1 test pva with 1 usa phone then create app, still that issue.
3- I used 1 old pva which is created in june 2010 to create app and it is ok.
So the problem is facebook is giving us fake error to filter spam.

I've talked to two high volume PVA providers in the last couple days that didn't use proxies at all. (none from this board, that I am aware of) ... It was an obvious question that I didn't really think needed to be asked.

Definitely an IP issue.

I can't create apps on any IP that i've previously used for FB marketing.

Just created a fresh account on a new IP that i've done no FB marketing on before and phoned verified it and i can create apps no problem.

Ive had no problem creating apps with very old pvas. I have not tried anything else. Didn't know there was any problem until I seen this thread.

hope this problem is going to get solved since i'll be going to buy some pva's only for app creation purposes!!!

Can you give us profile link of account whcih you created just right now and adding applications to it?

Some days ago same issue happened and it was fixed in few days.. I think this too one will be a temporary glitch..

We can only hope this "temporary glitch" gets fixed soon

I hate that zuckerman guy :rocketwho , he should hire some talented programmers who can roll out platform upgrades without any breaking change.

Every time they make such breaking changes we keep loosing tons of money daily:banghead:

As its not a bug that is found on all the profiles!

Still old accounts are allowing to add applications , I think either its temporay problem or you need atleast a month old account to add apps

I think you need a month old account now to add apps to facebook. Its good for sellers too.

I think this is a temporary glitch in facebook... or probably they change the filter that newly made facebook can make apps unless it is three weeks old or more.. I tested few account that I made, from 3 weeks ago, they are still working. For newly made one it shows the error that everyone see for new accounts upon making account...
