So how would you know if we have allready posted on a bookmarking site that youre going to bookmark on?

You can not know that for sure but it definitely won't do any harm to your site if it will be submitted more times to the same social bookmarking website as long as it will not be considered spamming.
Just think about it. There are people who bookmark the same url but with different titles, descriptions and tags.

Yes, I submit only to the Top Social Bookmarking Websites. Besides the websites you mentioned there are other top sites included. No shitty pligg sites here.
