So called SEO hosting sucks, especially if you're not using anonymous nameservers. Even if you get on all different class Cs, all the IPs will generally show up in the public ARIN listings as belonging to the same ISP. You're better off getting 10-20 virtual accounts at generic hosts IMHO.

Thanks for the information, Autumn. I was also thinking about the nameserver issue - some seo hosting companies claim to offer unique, non-linked nameserveers but I am not convinced.
Hosting is a weak area in my knowledge. I would appreciate it if you could explain more about "getting 10-20 virtual accounts at generic hosts".
Can you recommend any generic hosts which offer virtual accounts?

I dont think the nameservers issues even matters.The compitotr im battling right now has nameservers inthe format ns123.host.com and the ips are all differnt c class.Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out they are owned by the same person,but yet google still gives it authority.I will be sending you a pm with a host that I recently started using,pretty cheap gets the job done.

I dont think nameservers matters too. If you take gators nameservers, I bet there are 1000s of sites hosted for every single nameserver. G cant think all sites are same blog network just because they have a same nameserver. Wont it be better if we just get different class c ips?

Because it's kind of defeating the point of class C IPs if every single IP in your network is identifiable as belonging to the same outfit... Especially if it's a smaller host known for "SEO hosting" that is probably full of relatively dubious sites.
There have been examples of networks being penalized at the host level in especially egregious cases eg. a few Russian hosts. It's obviously a totally different proposition to using a host like Hostgator that is used by thousands of ordinary people.
I actually don't think nameservers really count for much either, and I see examples of large successful networks that only use a few different nameservers... But it's just something else to think about and an issue that deserves to be raised in a discussion like this. Since no one else mentioned it.
And I stand by my assertion that so called "SEO hosting" sucks ass. It's like painting a huge target on yourself and screaming "I'm an SEO who wants to manipulate the serps." Yes, some people might be successful, but it's an unnecessary risk that can easily be worked around in a more robust manner.

Statistically, chanches are small to have most of your links coming from same host or having same DNS.

Ya I agree to that. But my money site is not going to depend on fully that blog network. 60% of links may be.
Any how, I think seo hosts sucks too. they are way too costly.. What do you think about shared hosting in different hosting companies?

There's not much to it. Say you have 50 decent domains that you're going to build out. Find 5-15 generic mainstream hosts that offer $5-10 a month virtual hosting accounts. Look up the reviews on Google, webhostingtalk etc to make sure you're not about to sign up to a shitty one.
Divide your domains up randomly between the hosting accounts, add them to each host and build your sites. Try not to link between sites on the same hosting account, and randomly crosslink the rest of your domains across hosts. The emphasis is on random and not in any circular or highly structured manner. Try to keep the links sparse and non-reciprocal.
Really backlinking from your own network is of limited value - it's really just to spread the link love around a bit amongst your own sites and distribute it a bit more evenly. Most of your link juice has to come from proper external links from outside the network. If you sit down with a calculator and the original Pagerank papers you will be able to see why.
The exception to this would be when you, say, go out and buy a whole bunch of established domains, rehost them as is, and stuff them with links to your money site. But in this case, the domains already have substantial pre-existing link juice that you're leveraging. You can see a lot of people doing this in the pharm serps at the moment.
The real value of multiple hosting accounts is that, if you have covered your other footprints as much as you can, it insulates you somewhat from bannings and downtime. If you have 20 hosting accounts, if one goes down you're not going to take much of a hit. If you have one single dedicated server with 100 / 500 / 1000 domains on it, and it goes down, your income drops to zero instantly.
Sites should be like terrorist cells. If one goes down (banned, expires and you forgot to renew it, host goes down, DMCAd etc) then the others shouldn't be affected. Personally I do absolutely minimal crosslinking between my own sites - each site is basically an island, but with extensive external backlinking.
No recommendations of hosts, it doesn't really matter who you use as long as they look reputable and have good reviews.
