for example my friend site post comments backlink in blogs today
i want to know it very fast before yahoo site explore

so is they are software or site to track fast ?
no problem with me if need to pay ...

Most sites/software won't be able to show you your backlinks until they are indexed.

So using YSE or backlink checker websites works just fine.

The only limitation is that most only show your top 1,000 backlinks.

But I could be wrong.

It is not possible to find a backlink before it's indexed unless you have your own crawler. And I doubt your friend has it's own crawler. Also his capabilities to index the links before a search engine are close to zero. He does not have the infrastructure or the algorithm that big companies like Google, Yahoo or Microsoft have.
You can try to find backlinks by using Yahoo Site Explorer, Majestic SEO tools or Open Site Explorer by SEOmoz.
