Long Term Paid Article Re-Write Project

First and foremost, I need someone who is fluent with the English language. American or British English are acceptable.

I need someone who is available (not necessarily working) between the hours of 7AM EST-10PM EST. I may request you for work at any point during those hours.

You must be able to provide re-writes of articles that are provided to you.

You must be willing to exchange phone numbers and instant messenger information.

You must be willing to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement.

The job: On a daily basis (7 days a week), I will provide you with articles that need to be rewritten and submitted to my website. These articles must be unique enough to not be identifiable towards the original article. You are free to throw some 'personality' into the article ("In an exciting twist of events"). Also, a relevant photograph should be acquired for articles as appropriate. Articles will be provided at varying hours of the day, and will vary from 5-10 articles/day to 20 articles/day (more likely in the 7-10 articles/day), with varying lengths.

I am interested in hiring on a monthly basis, to be paid bi-weekly at a predetermined rate. Options include per-month or per-article (not per-word).

I've already received a bunch of PM's about this position with a few of the same questions, so maybe I should clarify a little.

I want to know YOUR price, and what YOU'RE able to provide. I currently have a team of writers who do the in-depth niche related articles.

Also, I am NOT excluding any nationality from participating. I don't care if you're Indian, Malaysian, American, etc. - I need someone who is fluent in these languages. We currently have a large registered user base, and quality is not something we're willing to sacrifice.

This is NOT an attempt to get a free article from you. Find me any current events related article and rewrite it. I will accept that instead of the 2 above.

The AVERAGE article length will be around 700 words. Some of them will be 300, some will be around 900. The reason i'm not interested in paying per-word is because of the volume of articles that need to be rewritten. I can't spend the time doing word counts on every article provided over a 2 week period.

I'm willing to pay well for quality writers; i'm not only paying for quality of articles but also the timeliness of them. I can't have articles submitted more than 24 hours after they're assigned (unless I know you'll be unable to work on them ahead of time; planned vacations).
