Channel -
http://www.youtube.com/user/utubekaraoke

The account has Music. It gets around 10k video views I say a week.
How can you tell if your videos are copyrighted? ( Noob question )
I mean is it just because its music or you know where you go to "ACCOUNT" settings & shows that you dont have full rights to your video.
That doesnt show up tho on my case.

Is it my best bet to keep the videos & make more videos without music?
Make like 10-20 videos on the channel with decent video views then
delete the videos that are on there now when im ready to try partnership. I can make $ on one of them but im not risking it.

If you have partnership and have videos with copyrighted music you get a strike per video. 3 strikes = no more partnership.

How to find out if they are copyrighted? If they're popular songs they probably are. PM me the url of your channel and I will see if I can find that out for you.

on the other hand... if the music is preloaded onto YouTube.. then its not copyright.. but that is only the sound track. and from the name, its karaoke so why not play the sounds, and have the lyrics go through on the video

So if I just change the music in the video to audioswap is that considered
still copyrighted video?

you will NEVER become partner with that account, its pure copyright. unless you delete all the videos and upload some original content and can still get views you will never be partnered on that account.
