Web harvesting/scraper? For price updates on autopilot

Can anyone here perhaps help me finding a tool, i dont even know whether it exist but it probably do.

What im searching for is a program that can harvest prices from specific websites, im building a review site for cell phones and would like to add a price overview kind of table, that auto updates the prices from the sellers sites.

Is there anything out there that can perform such actions?

What do you think an estimated price would be if it was 10 sites and approx. 200 prices per site?

all the 10 sites would need a custom code, the 200 inner pages propably would not, since they operate similar, as they are on the same site.
so 10 custom scripts + adding + testing the 200 inner pages + mysql DB to store the prices, plus the coding of the actual output inside a table + a cron job to update the data every so often
