Sending article to more than one article directories?

I have an article that i have published on squidoo page. Do i have to change it if i want to send it to ezine, articlebase and other article directories?

I have found submitting to 5-10 sites and change the anchor text on each and I have seen good affects!

Would be good to see other peoples opinions

Ezine will definitely be a problem because they only want fresh original content that has not been submitted anywhere else. I think Articlebase should be okay though.

As long as you submit it to EZine first, and then submit it somewhere else after it is okay. You may get it through some of the time, but usually they will reject it if it has been published somewhere else.
