Need script that will tell me when my fb apps have been deleted !

a few weeks ago i say this script that tells you when your apps have been deleted ,im looking for somebody with this script or something like it ,below are some details

it has an admin panel were i can enter app urls
the app then goes on a list and when the app gets deleted by facebook it will say app dead with a red x mark by it!
