What a good service. For Platinum pkg. Paper-Boy overdelivered more than 13k links. I checked a few thousand and 98% links were live. Very impressed with the turnaround time as report was delivered faster than expected. Customer service especially communication is outstanding.

Tier 1 or tier 2 is a layer of links composing of web 2.0's, article directories etc.

For example:
-My tier 1 sites will be randomly linking to my money site and other authority sites.
-My tier 2 sites will be randomly linking to my tier 1 sites and maybe link a few of them to my money site because I don't want google to see a pattern.

The goal here is to be as random as you can as if ACTUAL people were creating them and randomly linking to your money site/tier 1 sites/tier 2 sites.

I got way more links than I paid for and it was done in a timely manner. I also prefer receiving the links in a text file than some convoluted spread sheet.

Let google crawl your links. For the mean time, just continue on to build more backlinks. Remember diversity is the key here
