Maybe the dirtiest content generator is sucking all the contents of a website and than uploading to our own website... Anything else???

Content generators generate content, based on what you specify, if you want it dirty they give it to you dirty.

Some of them I know such as web content extractor, content generator, article content builder, etc.... but maybe there is another way by downloading all articles in the website and then inject the articles to our database

That is not a blackhat to be proud of.
Gaming the search engines and CPA's, etc, go for it.
