Having a "No Reserve" has advantages and disadvantages. Just hope people would fight one another to win the auction. That is what would make you sell the site for more than you expected.

Hi, I don't expect it to sell with high price because the site is not zero work, you need to write review and promote the review so it will not sell high like adsense I think.
Furthermore, this is my first site, I shouldn't put a lot of expectation on it.

With my own first listing in early 2010, I sold the site for $1,000. The site was not even making money. No traffic. I had unque content for the site, good designs and good niche.

For a site like yours that is making at least $300 per day, I will not sell it for a low price. Like I said, if you get more people really interested and bidding on the site, you may even sell it for more than $5,000. If not, the price may not be worth it.

Thanks for your compliment SBoss but the income is just like wave, not gradual. Though it can make a lot of money in one day but when the trend passes (the products lose it hotness), sales will drop for sure.

If it will be sold at 5k, it would be a big success for me

just notice there is BIN price as there are some buyers do not want to take part in the bidding wars, they want just buy it over instantly

BIN will make the whole thing faster for you. There are advantages and disadvantages. Bidding wars may let you sell the site for more than what you expected. If you feel people are not really interested in bidding wars, BIN may be appropriate.

Guys, the auction will end in 14 hours and I'm having a trip now and cannot track the auction. How can I set auto accept bids instead of manually accept as I'm doing now?
