FaceBook Pages with !!

how to do that? i've saw many pages with hearts in the page name but i cant do the same is there a trick to do or something !!!!!

No clue, i don't think i've ever seen a fanpage with it in the title, but i know <3 converts to a heart on wall posts and statuses on facebook.

In the old fanpage "<3" was allowed...now no.
