Allows"nulled" software and other items
Copyright items
Doesn't take down sites or lock accounts because of complaint
Bandwidth and space is negatioable
Looking for VPS or Dedicated servers and maybe shared
Hosting company has to have been around for awhile.
Cpanel hosting
multiple IPS

Not surprising after all, this is not an easy search I would say some offshore locations could be of help, but have not found one reliable enough.

I heard of this small non recognized self proclaimed nation that near the UK coasts that are based on a sea platform and that in order to survive ($) they are offering secure and anonymous hosting services but not sure how to contract this, not sure if they hold just Corps, but if you manage to get in, I am sure it can be very reliable.

That sucks - I almost used him to host some stuff. He was charging like 90 a month too.

CPUGEEK - Please post a review if you use them and end up liking them, as I may be in the market soon.

Edit: I actually came across these guys - Another member on this forum says he has a VPS with them and likes it.

They seem very affordable too and claim 99.9 uptime. Their plans start at $25 a month, so check them out.

If your searching for something offshore my guess is that your doing something questionable where you fear getting shutdown. I would not host all my websites on one host, especially would not mix whitehat with extreme blackhat.
