I recently had to move a clients website from ASP to HTML but there contact form is broken, I need someone to create a custom PHP script urgently.

Fields = Name, Email, Telephone, Country, ZIP Code, Email Newsletter [Checkbox], What products are you intrested in [Tickboxs], Enquiry Box

The HTML is already there just the PHP script needed

You moved a site from ASP.NET to HTML but didn't know how to translate the C# code to PHP code even though coding a site in ASP.NET is inherently more difficult then coding it in PHP? But whatever, your question isn't nearly detailed enough...
