I am using a service promoted by unr3al here and never had any problems. Dead proxies are replaced very quickly and it is probably as fast as the next one

I use proxies from myprivateproxies I believe there is a sales thread somewhere on BHW. I've found them reliable, support is good and so far any proxy IP Blocked has been swapped out without question.
