Somewhere , I read about the concept of do follow and no follow. Can anybody tell me how to know a site have do follow or no follow? thanks in advance.

You can:

1) Look at the source code to see if the links have rel="nofollow"
2) Right click on a link and check properties - most browsers will list something like relation: nofollow for nofollow links.
3) Install the NoD0Follow add on for Firefox, which will highlight nofollow links
Code:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nod0follow/

(change the "0" in the nod0follow to a "o", the board won't let me post the proper url).

I installed the firefox add on. But I can't understand how to use it. Eg. If I open a site in my browser how it will show me it is no do follow? I can't understand where it highlights or color codes the link. Can anybody help me in this?

Select Tools > NoD0follow to turn it on or off. When it's turned on, regular links are highlighted blue, and nofollow links are highlighted pink.

i recommend Seoquake for fire fox add on. This is a great tool for checking no/do-follow links :D

i like this one because there is a little button to hit when you want to see do follow.

A thing to remember is that nofollow can be set from a meta tag in the head section as well and also in robots.txt.

This way the links themselves may not appear nf but they can still be.

Just search for a no-follow plugin and the name of your browser that you are using.

How do you check whether if its a no follow or do follow with seo quake plugin?
I clicked line through "no-follow" and "no index" but did not see anything.

LOL i think i just found out the answer. It will draw a line against the link.:)

A lot of ppl don't realize this, but I'm sure alot of BHW, (BMF's do) Spiders actually
crawl No-Follow links back to your site. True enough the link does not pass-on page
rank, but is followed none the less. A No-follow link not only makes your site appear
more natural but also is worth more than a Do-Follow with a PR of 0 or n/a !!

I use SEO for firefox extension or sometime look at source code to make 100% sure. I heard some authorities in IM talking that google don't look at nofollow tag if it thinks that this site is authority in particular niche or in overall!

agree with most of the post above. Seo Quake add on for mozzila is the best way to know do follow or not.. I have try this things too.. it's great
