Site Disapproved - Landing Page Policy

I've never had trouble getting a site approved on adwords before but my week old site keeps getting constantly disapproved for what an automated response says "Site Policy - -> Your site must comply with our Landing Page and Site Policies" I've tried taking every ad off, and making more content but it always gets disapproved in less than 5 minutes. Does anyone have any idea or can help me get my site approved by adwords?
