Need urgent help (From any US resident)..

Hey guys,

I really need urgent help from any resident of United States.

It's a big fucking Paypal issue. Recently, my paypal account is 'Limited' for the reason that, it is related to 'another' paypal account which have some issues and the issue is -$600 on my previous accout, i never thought that on the basis of that they will close my present account with lots of money in it...well, anyways i decided to 'positive' my account balance by paying the $600 dues back to paypal...here comes the problem, as per RBI (Reserve bank of India), an individual cannot send money outside India using Money Order and Cashier's cheque (Paypal is NOT accepting credit card for this payment), i had words with paypal support and they say that they can ONLY accept money in the form of cheque or money order and only in USD.

Now, my bank needs the 'documented proof' for sending money to Paypl,Inc (They dont have any idea about 'Paypal') and Paypal only want money in US dollars (Which i cannot send as my currency is INR)

i request any one to please provide me with some solution od how to send US dollars MO or cashier's cheque from India?

Or...

If any of the US resident can deposit $600 to my paypal account, i am ready to pay him $800 for that.

Well, i dont know how to create that trust thing, all i can say is that i am Jr.VIP here and as i opened this thread instead of PM'ing people, so i can assure you that this matter will remain public and i will pay $800 to that person in 7 days after he pay $600 to paypal on my behalf.

I know this is very odd request but i don't find any other option however if you can provide me with some other option, please do that, i will pay $200 to any one who can provide me with working solution to my problem.

As per my problem description above, they have limit my 'Primary' account which have over $3K in it, on the basis of my 'existing' account which have -$600 (So, i want it to be solved, so that i can get my $3K account back )....i will pay $800 in advance to any reputed member here. See, its my $3K out there so paying $800 is of course not a big deal...

So you have 2 paypal accounts and pp knows about it?

Yes, this is the problem. On the basis of 'one' accont, they limite my current account...

Paypal allows for 2 accounts, one personal and one premier. If you have two personal accounts, upgrade one of them to premier.

Both of my accounts are 'Business' upgraded. The problem is about sending $600 to paypal. They just want cheque or MO in USD, which my bank is not issuing. They are not accepting credit card for payment.
