Well just to add my 2 pennies.

I think your wasting your time by talking about it. Just do it. I spent a number of yearsin the adult web industry. I will tell you this. THERE IS A MARKET FOR EVERYTHING. You will find fans no matter what. Although I might skip the web cam and go the route of traditional paysite. You may have to spend some time tweaking the product. (Just Pics? Just video? Both?) Go private. You do all the work. You make all the money. What I used to do with the Guy/Girl stuff is take to take my (two cam) footage and lace up several 5 min clips. Video > Done. Then watch the orginal footage from each cam. Take stills (selecting as many unique frames as I can with out making the pics repetitive) and photoshop them to my liking. The users loved it. They loved it to the tune of nearly 20k per month (at the peak of the sites history. Ah the good ol' days).

Get it done. Get paid. Rinse. Repeat.
