For absences and national holidays, we are sending refunds within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the week's payment.

I think my accounting team is working on it as of now.

Just would like to add that I have been using these guys for a few weeks now. My VA does a good job and I can let him get on with things without having to check up on to much.
