No hype my friend. This is a great service. I have had no issues that were not resolved quickly.

I find it funny for the ones that are so impatient. Ever tried calling a technical support line? There are at least 4 ways to contact BTB listed in this thread alone. I assume that the emails go to the technical people in Ireland. BTB is located in the US. Contrary to popular belief, people do require sleep.

You should have gotten an email about it, if you haven't, check you

So as I said I could not find any emails and I used successfully forgot your password link, only problem that after I reset it I still was not able to login.

ilim72 I got the exact same email as you but I understood it perfectly.

The reason for the reset was because Bass' BHW account was hacked about a week ago and the reset was just a precaution to protect us.

just as the message says, use your username as your password...

so for example, if your username is xxx, then type xxx as your password as well.

Generally a linkpush is completed between 24 - 96 hours as it is a very random process.

I usually just enter 3 and that could be the issue as you may have diluted the benefit of the anchor text.
