How would I get my competition's twitter account banned from twitter?

I can't login to his account but was wondering if there is any way of getting accounts banned?

i've never tried that, but in theory: create a few hundred/thousand dummy twitter accounts and block the person with every each of those accounts + report the account for spamming (especially, if he's really doing it ), but if it's a legit account, you won't succeed in my opinion
