My AMR success thread (and stats)

good to share your success stories:D moltivates people to get moving!

Hey, thank you for your post, I am new to AMR, and thankfully have similar figures as you up to this point... how exactly do you get AMR to give the number of active articles? I did find AMR's status's a bit confusing, and not really detailed enough for eg

'email' ... ??? does that mean you need to email,. you sent email.. confirmed?!!?
'OK' ... could that be any more vague ??

Anyway, I think I have figured out most of these things, I guess I am making my way up the learning curve!

"email" means that the program thinks that directory sent you a confirmation email. If you did the "confirm" process and an email was not found for this site, you can manually go to this site and see if you can login. If you can, you can change this "email" status (manually) to "confirmed".

(I am doing this from memory, so these instructions might not be "exactly" right.:))
To find the number of "active" articles:

1.) Go to the article submission tab, select your article from the dropdown box at the top
2.) Change your directory selection criteria to show "OK" & "submitted" (click refresh)
3.) Select all directories
4.) Move your mouse over the area that the directories are shown and right click the mouse.
5.) Select "Reports" & check the criteria you want for this report (can do just this article or ALL articles, and slow/med/fast, etc.)
6.) AMR will produce report in format you selected (html, text, excel, etc.)

Thank you very much FrozenSPade for your giving us such a detailed report of your experience!

The article that you submitted is closely related to your anchor text? For instance, your article speaks about computer games and your anchor text (in your bio box) is related to the theme of your article? Or the articles are in whichever niche, and your anchor text is thus completely irrelevant to your articles theme?

Best regards,
Bebis

Of course it's related :). However I rarely submit articles that are related only to one of my two resource box links.

Hello again FrozenSpade,

Lets say that I have a website about PC games. My links anchor text could be PC games, best PC games, top PC games and so on. My bio box will also have reference (keywords) to my sites main theme.

Could the article be about movies for instance? I know that article directories wont have any problem publishing such an article (as long as it is well written and original), but is there any devaluation for the link juice, cause the links come from an unrelated article?

Have you ever tested something like this?

Thanks in advance,
Bebis

Yeah, ummm...There is no such thing as 'less uniqueness'. An article is either unique or it isn't.

The whole point of a spinner to make the content unique. If you're not bothered about uniqueness, why bother spinning in the first place?

By "uniqueness" I mean a percentage of text rewritten.

AMR is getting famous by the minute, more success threads will follow, enjoying the software myself as a new tool in the linkbuilding war.

1) Is there a cracked version on here?

2) With programs such as AMR (Article Marketing), do people stick with like article marketing in order to increase in SERPS or do people mix it up with other things as well? What im asking is...is article marketing enough to get ur site going good?

Link doesn't work

Good to hear this. Also keep in mind that 700-1000 words, for some article directorys ,you go over the max words limit.Try to stay under 550-600.
Ericsson state that on another post around here, and i can confirm that also.

ya why not ?

Yes I've tested it many times. Related links are way better than unrelated ones. Use unrelated links only if there is no other way.
I'd say 1 related link = 200 unrelated link.

Link doesn't work

I also have a discount link with $10 off. PM me because I am not allowed to post it here.

Hey guys, I bought AMR and submitted my spun article to all the directories. However, I'm noticing that when i get the confirmation emails, and I click on the link to see my article live, the link to my site at the bottom is just text and not a hyperlink! Is this normal? Has anyone else had this problem? I put it in as http: // www so I'm very confused....

If this is the wrong place to post something like this, please let me know as I'm still trying to learn the forum rules. Thanks a lot guys

I'm really glad to see this thread because I just bought it a few days ago too. I am scared of doing a full submit linking direct to my money site though because I am thinking all my hard work will go down the toilet.
I think I may be better linking to an article to be on the safe side. I did a test run to a blog I dont care about just to see what happens.

Does anyone have any ideas on the safest way to use this?

You need to use html:
<a href="www.yoursite.com">your anchor text</a>
