If I were to purchase an adsense site for a high CPC word like Mortgage Loans or something, how much PROFIT can I expect to take home at the end of the month once all the traffic is paid for, and how much will I be paying all together that month for the traffic?

The $15 will probably last for about a week. The 100 extremely targeted content traffic comes not just in one day but spreads out over a couple of days.

I think you have the calculations all wrong. As I mentioned before, you will spend $15 to make back $50-$100 usually in which will spread out over a couple of days. Your not going to spend $15 per day.

That's a high paying niche, so you would of course find a higher CPC.

500-1000 unique visitors per day + spread out using adsense content related targeted traffic (extremely targeted).

Hi Sinclair,

The CMS is HTML/CSS (it's the most basic of websites). You can use programs like Dreamweaver to edit these files. The reason why HTML/CSS is because I have seen all of my HTML/CSS sites rank WAY much better than my wordpress. This will help in many aspects such as ranking, and also the flexibility of HTML/CSS. You can basically do anything you want, and that's why every website comes with custom designs and anything you want on them. Let me know if you have any other questions.
