I need someone who can do an entire site copy for me. It should be a very simple thing to get done.

I can pay $30 now + 2,000 backlinks, and maybe in the future, I can arrange a payment up to $500.

Depending on how large the site is, I doubt anyone is going to be interested. If it's a one page website, then sure, however if it's multiple pages with dynamic components, you're kidding yourself.

No one in their right mind would take on such a job for a couple of thousand backlinks, $30, and the promise of the possibility of a payment of up to $500 some time in the future, especially as your use of the term "entire site" alludes to it being a lot bigger than one page.

He's not offering $500. He's offering the possibility of $500 at some time in the future, i.e. after the work is done.

What he's offering up-front is $30 plus a few thousand backlinks.

You literally put in the URL you want, it spits out the entire website unless it's protected in some way in a folder. Just zip that up, upload to your hosting, change what you need - boom.
