For those who are betatesting now, heres a quick start on learning mode. I just posted it here cause most of you havent signedup to our mantis debug site yet or debug forum/havent given a reply.
Heres an example of creating a new database from scratch. I searched on google for top blogging platform and seen textpattern as one of them. So I scraped some sites using footprints.

First, Create a new blank database(Go to Database>Create New) then give it a name and press ok.
Now refresh the database list on the database tab and select the new database. Go to Settings>Learning Options and checked every checkbox.
We will be exploting the account creation engine of the software to be use for the blog commenting database. Now open 1 of the sites and look for the comment form, and go to database>form rules>register and add a new rule based on the sample site comment form:

So I added 2 new rules, Form Id must contain("txpCommentInputForm") and Form Body Must Contain("Add a comment")
2. Load your scraped sites and press go button, the first run will be for scraping available forms in the sites where we will base our form database element. After the process, go to Tools>Comprehensive Logs Viewer then press Actions>append last status to show the last status for each site from the last run. Now Sort it and Get the ones with status "No register forms could be found" by selecting them and do a right click, then click copy selected sites to clipboard. Tha means the rules you didnt trigger them. All other sites with different status, save it to a new text file, the software already knows their comment posting form and the only thing left for them to train for are inputs and message responses.

Now go to Learning>Forms>Unknown Forms. Check enable webbrowser view and view some forms until you see a commenting form. Now add another rule based on that form.
Click "Test for current form rules" to see which other forms had been triggered and remove them then look for another comment form again, repeat until no more comment forms are present. This makes it easier, as most sites have the same comment forms and you dont have too add new rules for each and every site, this way you can teach thousands of new sites per run, and very fast.

Now repeat Instruction 2 until you got all the forms for the sites already. Usually from a freshly scraped list of sites, many will have no comment form. You can view easily know when theres no more comment form in the unknown forms learning. Just discard all those sites.

Now time for teaching the software inputs and messages. For response message, my goal is just to get autoapprove sites list. So in the database>messagelist I added a new rule:

Action = breakandsavesite (which means move to next site and save the current site)
string trigger = $bio (I will be using the bio field from the profile settings, and this fields can be used in message response rules. Basically, if a comment had been posted, the site will show a page with your comment in the page, thus it means its an autoapprove site)
For the inputs learning, just go to database>inputs learning and assign the a value to the unknown inputs saved by the software. If youre not sure on what value to give it, just right click and press "Show form where input is found" and it will give you an html and webbrowser view for the form where the input is found.
After adding the inputs, rerun the process and get the autoapprove sites. You can continue the learning process to get more success rate, the learning tools make this very easy for you.
Notes:
1. If a site has a captcha which the software doesnt know, it will give an error "Unknown Security Feature". You can teach the software this new captchas/text captchas by going to Learning>Forms>Forms with unknown security. This makes learning captchas easier as the html files where the captcha links are found, are saved on your hard disk. Just add new regex/tags and press "Test for security triggers" button until all the forms had been triggered already.
2. If you want to add more messages, theres a "Last Response Viewer" tool where you can test the messages you added to the database. It will also show you a webbrowser view of the last response from the sites.
After a process of few hours, you should have a good database already to do a heavy blast. Everytime you use the software, it will save new inputs that are unknown and just teach those new inputs again, until you will have a very big database.
