Marketing SEM project manager

Looking for a project manager familiar with marketing SEO services.

I want to basically build a team of experts that already have a pricing structure for certain SEO services, and add 20% onto their prices. So for every order we will be passing the order to one of the experts.

Organized into Online and Offline SEM, I want to provide every type of service. From desiging websites, keyword research to backlinking etc.

I want to be able to give my clients the options of blackhat and whitehat methods.

I want to be a one stop seo shop.

I am also looking for someone to design a website offering all these services, complete with a checkout cart etc.

I also want to offer all types of products via affiliate links, that have to do with SEO. So this job requires some Affiliate marketing experience.

Action Steps:
1. Research and list all types of IM services, and organize into groups

2. Find experts that cost very little, do quality work, that we can add 20% on top of their prices

3. Contact experts to see if we can get a descending pricing structure based on amount of business brokered

4. Research affiliate offers (educational,software etc) connected with each service in case the client wants to do anything themselves

5. Design a site (domain, ad pages for each service and type of products, content; i have plr articles to start, checkout cart, pictures, videos)

6. Create ads both text and html to post on gig sites that are priced relevant to that site i.e. if its on Fiverr

7. Post ads on job and gig sites (set up accounts, and list relevant information and ads)

I have to agree with peet69. You basically want someone to do all the work

I own and run a successful on and offline marketing company and I know
how to delegate and run a business. I make far more than 20% But I built
my business myself from the ground up. When I see posts like these it makes me wonder if the op can actually complete the tasks himself that
he asks others to do for him.

Brainstorming? Ha! You clearly haven't thought this one out thoroughly.

At first I thought you were merely asking for SEO experts to give you prices on their services, so that you could amend their prices accordingly and re-sell their services, to which I would've suggested that you check out the SEOMoz directory, which contains loads of small SEO firms that are often looking for re-sellers, who can communicate well and act within time constraints unlike a lot of people on here. Granted, you're not going to be able to get $5/hour service to re-sell, but it'll be a lot easier to manage, and ultimately allow for faster growth.

After re-reading your post, I realize you're looking for a project manager to do a whole lot more, and honestly everything you're asking for isn't going to come cheap. I'd say at least in the high hundreds, and that's if you can find someone who's a real jack of all trades.
