He doesn't know what hes talking about. The new rules on Flippa are you cannot make guaranteed potential claims such as "your site will make 10,000/month guaranteed!" If you sell a site that is already making money its fine.

I am selling these because of many reasons. One main reason is because I need to have satisfied customers who have made money with me to be able to vouch for my reputation for a bigger project in the future. Another reason is because there is so much money to be made in this business that there is plenty to be shared around.

Also if you sell these on flippa you WILL be banned permanently because they introduced a new rule for sites like these recently.

That's not correct. As far as I know and the rest of the internet marketers here know, adsense websites are selling like hot cakes on Flippa.

Depends on what niche you are in. If you are in the medical / lawyer niches then your cpc will be higher than that of someone whose in the video game or entertinment niche.

You can do that as well - the biggest issue is how long it will take you to do that to earn back your money.

The targeted media traffic has it's limitations on the amount of targeted traffic as well. Usually the traffic will be enough to make $20+ per day per website.

For those asking about the adsense, I've laid it out as shown below:

The Adsense is a different animal in that you will get the 500-1000 targeted adsense traffic and additional extremely targeted niche to adsense traffic which will convert to the websites that we build for you. The 500-1,0000 traffic will mainly be a buffer for the adsense traffic which can be purchased additionally.

In terms of the adsense sites if you wish to have them created, here is how it will work :

1 - We build your site(s)

2 - We optimize your sites for adsense

3 - We create 5 unique 250-500 word articles

4 - We send initial traffic 500-1000 targeted visitors per day

5 - We send 100 extremely targeted niche content visitors which will convert to your clickthroughs on adsense

These 100 traffic will cost $15 after we have finished sending them to your site (first 100 is on us). Your niche greatly depends on these earnings and clickthroughs. For example, if you spend $15 on 100 of these content visitors, you will earn ranging from $50-$100. The 500-1000 visitors will also create a buffer for your adsense site which will keep your CTR% at around 1-5%.
