Xrumer Host file ~ Help

Xrumer has gone down 2day and i was wanting to change my host file ips

Now its the first time ive needed to do this on windows 7, so i go windows/system32/drivers/etc and host file is not there ?

Ive got folders setup to show hidden stuff etc

Ive got

lmhosts
networks
protocol
SERVICES

No host file ? and anyone shed any light on this please
 
create a file named "hosts" then map your hosts inside ;)
 
click start (widows logo) bottom left
click all programs
right click notepad run as admin notepad opens click file navegate to windows/system32/drivers/etc/
once there click on text documents (*.txt) all files
you should see your host file
