Poker Site - Needs Long Term Black Hat SEO Partner

I have a poker site that really needs some SEO work done. I am looking for a long term blackhat SEOer to get this site ranking in the top 3 on page 1 in google for 4 keywords. The website will earn revenue from poker players signing up and playing poker. We will split the profits 50/50.

Seems to be personal blog with aff banners, low traffic few years old. Not ranking for too much. Pr3, Linking root domains 245 Total BL 2257. Unless there are active existing acquired revenue players generating income now this seems way to front loaded for seo services. Some strategic marketing plan will need to be in place once serps are accomplished.
