Money site not receiving link juice from buffer sites?

Higher quality content definitely helps stop your web 2.0s getting deleted, ie it looks like a real page that has value and that a real person has put some time into. If your web 2.0s get deleted then obviously it's a big waste of time, not only the time spent making the web 2.0s but the time spent backlinking them as well.

Also, if you have a link to your money site with the anchor text "blue widgets" and it's in the middle of a paragraph of text talking about blue widgets, that will theoretically have more of a positive effect compared to the same link surrounded by unrelated text. Also contextual links (links that are embedded in the content rather than in isolated positions on the page) are generally considered to be of higher value. So yes, you will get more value out of your web 2.0s for a variety of reasons if you use semi decent content.

What's your take on putting dup content on these buffer web 2.0? Like say for instance, going to ezine and taking a well written article and putting it on squidoo linking to your money site. This saves a lot of time I know, but some people just spin the hell out of it and put it up.

It seems to work now but it's impossible to know if the dupe thing means your web 2.0 links are getting devalued. I'm not a huge fan of spinning because it's quite time consuming getting it to read well, and if you put up incomprehensible shite then it'll just get deleted, especially from places like squidoo that are quite anal about clearing out spam.

It probably works best using the newest articles you can find (that haven't already been scraped 10,000 times) and I definitely wouldn't take the same article and put it up on multiple web 2.0s. For now it seems to be an OK strategy but who knows whether it will continue to work into the future?

For stuff like squidoo I would actually do something of a mashup, ie. take bits and pieces from various articles, google images, wiki, yahoo answers (whatever you can come up with really) and put them all together in an attractive way. It looks a bit less like a page for page dupe from the SE's viewpoint, and it looks more like a useful page from the point of view of squidoo's anti-spam staff.

As for content on my web 2.0,should they be strictly related to my main site or not?Im planning to scrape articles and mix and mash and spin them a bit.


And Im planning to do article submission,web 2.0 pages and forum profile submissions.
My question is how many to do per day for those who are experienced?

Im really new to this and wants it to be organized.

Yes your content should be related to your niche.

For your second question there are no hard and fast rules and the acceptable numbers vary from niche to niche. In some ultra competitive niches, the top guys are generating thousands of links a day and if you don't follow suit then you'll get buried. In a less competitive niche, if you go out and start blasting a thousand links a day you'll stand out like a sore thumb as a spammer and get banned.

Set your own goals for productivity, work out how to get there and then streamline / outsource. For example, you might aim to spin and submit one article and set up one web 2.0, plus set up your blasts for backlinking, every day / two days / week etc. Get that system up and running, then work on increasing your efficiency and building more and more sites.
