anyone ? the website is making about 600$/month , the auction should be just for 2 days , im expecting to sell it for 2.5 to 4k , so your share gona be from 500 to 800$.

Why dont you pm meathead1234? He is a real expert when it comes to flipping sites. And he charge only 10%. but he would sell a site earning more than $500 per month.
Since you told your website is making 600 per month, i think he will help you out.

And if your site really earn 600 per month you can easily sell it for more than 5k. Am I missing something here???

Im just in rush to sell it , im good in site flipping myself but i got a problem with my bank account , so currently dont have cc or paypal to pay the fees , thats why im offering 20% . Note that i will do everything (create the sale page , responf to comments ...) so basicly i just need to rent a flippa account.

Thanks for the shout out, but I wouldn't "rent" my Flippa account to anyone. I'm also very selective over clients I take on, I just will look at anything making at least $500 a month. Too busy with larger clients at the moment, and for the record, my rate varies (usually 10-15%) and I have a minimum commission of $1000
