I recently applied a baby plan in hostgator but they ask some documents that I can't supply. Will godaddy do the same?

How is the general support and service at GoDaddy?

Nope. Simply enter the promo code and enjoy 20% OFF. I just tried it 2 hours ago and it worked great for me. That's why I share this with everyone in this forum.

GoDaddy hosts most of my business websites. Overall, they are pretty reliable. They don't provide online chat support. But they provide phone and email support. I always use email support and can always hear from them in a couple of hours and they are knowledgeable and are capable of answering my questions. FYI.

Sounds good - I will give them a chance. I already get most of my domains from them.

thanks for infos. will need them.
for how long is this offer?

I wouldnt use goddady for hosting if it was free, as for their support, it is good.

I also agree with you.Few month ago i used Godaddy and now at Hostgator.I think hostgator is the one of the best with very fats customer support.
I really like Godaddy for website name registration but not for Hosting :)

But after you register your new domain names with GoDaddy, you can't move them to another registrars in two months.

I just registered my new domain names with Godaddy and go with Windows hosting plan for my WordPress blog. When it comes to WordPress, GoDaddy's way too SLOW.... I am moving my domain names to GoDaddy's Linux hosting plan. If the speed is still unacceptable. I guess I will get stuck in GoDaddy for two months?
