Rapid Deployment of Mass WordPress Blogs?

Does anyone know any tools that would let me mass deploy wordpress blogs with my custom settings and plugins already setup?

I've heard a plugin to do this, I forgot his name, but you can read autoblog system x (but ebook about autoblog MMO, but some info about plugins ro use is nice), just search at this forum.

If you want to build them one by one with the same plugin setting, you can use blogzap. This can easily clone your Wordpress settings, including plugins and themes and all configurations in it.

Or if you want a semi automatic method:

1) Set up a Blog with all plugins / themes installed
2) Configure Blog
3) Set it private so it can't be indexed
4) Back it up using BackupBuddy
5) Restore to new domain
6) Change configuration to match new site make site visible
7) Done

I can deploy a new WP site in less than 30 mins this way.

zaphod- roberto is right. there is a lotta good info on here and over on the WPmanagerDX forum. I struggled getting it uploaded to hostgator so let me know if you have problems.

I have been try to work with it on my local machine (I appreciate the link) however even with an ftp client I cannot get the permissions worked out and it demands perfection. I have 2 vps machines online so I will upload it to one. I am peeking through it to look for back doors and the like before I do that. I like to put scripts into a honey pot machine and see if they suddenly get tagged or some such tom foolery.
