Maybe new members can only access the forum and become members if they are invited by a current member. Perhaps a member with a certian amount of posts. Just a suggestion.

Sorry to hear that... this is the reason I don't
even have a signature file... I was pissed with
scammer23 in Aug and I stopped visiting this
site.

I think tracking his affiliate link is the best
option because you can make a complaint and
he wont get paid.

....I also suggest that accessing the members
download should be ristricted to members who have
over 100 posts or something, this will discourage
guests or people who just want to download free
stuff.

i guess implementing an invite system or promotion system will be a good ( like you are allowed to see particular sections only after you have so many posts ), because becoming a member hardly takes a minute.
