Need Advice About Paypal

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I need urgent advice about Paypal usage.

I used to receive money (USD) to my paypal account from AD Networks and spend that balance for SEO, apps, vps etc.

However, paypal changed the system for my country a few weeks ago and now it does not let me use my balance for payments. Instead, I have to use my associated credit card (not USD) and pay for currency conversion although I have USD balance in my account.

I dont want to pay for that stupid currency exchange.

What I'm thinking about is to open a new Paypal account with bogus info (different country etc). Since I can't bind that account to my CC, it won't be verified or whatsoever.


Does anyone have any experience with non-verified accounts? All I want to do is receive my payments from CPA Networks and use that Paypal balance to pay for VPS fees etc. I may send the money from the bogus account to my verified account if money flows too fast

Can Paypal catch me from ip etc?

I know it's long and boring but I desperately need help

I don't think you even need to use bogus information. In my personal experience, there's no need to mask/hide things from PayPal as long as your multiple accounts have legitimate purposes. Many different accounts have been accessed from this PC alone, even within very short time frames, and nothing bad has ever come of it.

Opening a Non-verified paypal account is not a good idea. Bcz you can't pay money for online purchase. But you can send money. I mean to say, you can't buy a domain from godaddy, but you can send money to a paypal ID.
In BST secession i remember i have crossed a service provider selling verified US paypal account. Better buy that if you don't find any alternative.

You can use the bogus account from your computer (IP) as well without any issues.

Not sure about in your country but the policy for PayPal in the US is: Each person is allowed only TWO accounts with matching name, addy, etc.

ONE Premier/Business Acct
ONE Personal Acct

Well that was what I'm wondering. If I can't make purchases then it's no good. I mainly need for purchases (domains vps etc)

I may try buying a US verified account. Is there anything to be beware when buying a verified US account?

My country is Turkey. It says something like "Turkish currency control does not let you use your paypal balance" etc. I think they want to monitor the activity. My sweet country.

A second account from my country won't do since it'll be bound to same restrictions.

If you really need PayPal then Choose a Asian Good PayPal facility Country
then make an Account for yourself verify it with VCC. And try to get Dedicated VPN with the country name. you must always access the account thought the country vpn.

And, After that few day later if you get limited access then you can lift the limit by yourself Just collect an Utility Bill what country you have register and use Photoshop make change the utility bill after that send to paypal resolutions center. you should be fine they will lift your limit.
