Why do you want a refund?

It doesn't work with my WordPress sites. I don't like how you have to create separate pages for each country you want to Geo Target. And I really can't stand how small the program's window is. The screen shots posted above are about 25% larger than the actual size, and you can't resize the window. The program is not worth the $52.95 I spent on it for MY needs. I could use that money for other endeavors. I ended up hacking out my own geo targeting script for WP so I use that instead.

This program does have great potential value for people. I do love how you can lock any website. You basically tell it what page you want to lock and by using an iframe it will appear as though your site is locking that content. So you could create your own movie site with links to no movies what-so-ever and simply set somebody else's movie site as the content to lock.

I just messaged him thru skype, again, for the third time in three days. It shows that it is forwarded to his cell phone, so I am sure he is getting the messages. I informed him he should take care of this otherwise we are gonna be forced to go thru paypal.

I also told him that we do not want to do this since he is such a nice guy. But he has to take care of his product and the customers who bought it.

I just want to inform all of you that i have spoken to jason for only a moment over close to the past 4 days, whereas normally i talk to him 1-3 times a day (we JV a lot). only some of you know, jason has some personal health issues that cause him to be quite under the weather at times and unable to tend to what he wishes he could. as you all mentioned, yes he is a good guy. so give him a few more days and be patient if you would. If he is not on here helping fix this problem, he is nowhere else but his bed so I can assure you it isn't neglect that can be avoided. he is doing his best.

while I sympathize with his situation, I purchased this software with the intent of getting it up and running before I left for 5 days for a wedding. It was imperative. I also spoke with him and he said within 2 days he would get the wordpress situation fixed. It is now past that and I leave for my trip, so I am forced to have to purchase something else that works with wordpress (I found a few different ones that actually do).

That is why I am wanting a refund. I do not have the time to wait for it to be fixed.

I also will agree that I do not like how the geotargeting is different pages either, or how small everything is.

I cant even get the thing to work at all when i add my offers then test the links the page just goes blank.........IDK i really wanted this thing to work so i hope something happens soon

OK guys if you need my attention I am on I have been sick for many days so lets get the complainers dealt with first and others after that.No i have not even head my messages that's what I am doing now..I have been sick so I am sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused.

Today is my first day after a four-day vacation which really means I was sick. I am looking into the WordPress problem right now so hopefully soon we will have a fix for this problem. If you think you guys do not like this problem, i like it even less, since all I have are WordPress sites. so believe me this is my top priority is to make this work for WordPress. So this is currently what were trying to fix if there are any other fixes that need our attention post here or post on the support site.

Sorry, but if you would care about your customers, you or someone else in your name would have posted a message in this thread or in your support forum.
You always write "Jason and Amanda". If you're Jason, where's Amanda? Can't she post a quick message?
Your last post in this thread was on March 3rd! Almost one week with no info!

It stands to reason that some people are angry and want a refund.
That's not the way to run a business. Even if you're sick, you have a responsibility...

A quick message would have done it...

yes. the guy's got health issues as bad as we can all imagine. If he had just posted about being sick, then everyone here would have understood it. But health issues dont give a phone call and come, they surprise you.

A little patience being a customer goes a long way too in a business deal.

ok, yes, I have been sick... Besides what my permanent condition is, Amanda and I have been passing the flu back and forth to each other..... I currently am still recovering, but I am endeavoring to have everything up and running again within a day or two.

WP is not fixed yet...we will work over the weekend on the problem....it seems to be in the IE part we are having the most trouble with.
