You have some nice keywords in your meta but you need to use these keywords more within your content area and use H1 and H2.

That's correct..the bottom right is a little bit empty. I'll do some brainstorming.

I'm using All in One Seo tools..and added keywords to meta, that's all I guess.
I think i'll get some help for the SEO part..

It's my first site..so why not?
A lot of people here have great ideas and a lot of experience, i received a lot of important tips in pm.

By the way, should I hire an SEO-guy for my site?

It doesn't look bad, but it does look a little like a modified version of a standard template that we see everywhere. Could be better if you know how to create and modify templates, if you don't, then don't worry about it... it looks good enough.
