VCC Question

Hey guys,

I have a couple questions about the whole VCC thing.

I am sorry, I haven't been up to date in the last 2 years because of being abroad.

Q1:
If I create one VCC at entropay (first one 20$?), how much does it cost to create another one ( or how much do I have to put on there to get one )?

Q2:
If I buy a VCC and create a PP account to verify it, can I only buy online (e.g. online games - xbox microsoft points) for the amount that is loaded on the VCC or can I purchase for more (e.g. VCC with 5$, purchasing on xbox for 25$?), no matter if it gets drawn back and deleted after that.

Q3:
How do most of the people on here create their VCC's?

Entropay vcc does not work with PGaypal now. Do not waste your $20 there .
Get vcc from some local seller here on bhw and enjoy.

yes you can buy/sell for any price with your paypal account verified by VCC, though this account lasts only for 3 months.

SO with a verified paypal account with no bank account and a VCC I could buy from the xbox live network until they find out that the VCC doesn't have the funds?
