scrapebox blog commenter blast?

i have just purchased scrapebox and wondering how many blogs i should post a comment too without getting sandboxed.

the keyword i am trying to get a high rank for has 9,960,000 results. very new to this sort of thing. thanks

Hello friend,

Recent studies show it's you should post to no more than 1403 in a given two week period. Given your strong competition you could probably stretch it to 1494 in the given two week perios, but be cautious. If you get sandboxed, just give us FTP access and we'll fix you right up.

If it's a new domain I personally start blasting about 100 urls/day in the first week. 200 urls/day in the second week and increase the number of comments in time.

There's no perfect "safe" number of comments to blast out with SB per day.

Just start off slowly like wizard2000 pointed out.
Once you've blasted 100 or 200 blogs, use the link checker to verify your link is on the blog. If you verify 100 links, then stop. If not blast another set of blogs until you hit 100 verified links.

Do it every day for a week or 2, then take it up a notch to 300-400 verified backlinks.

It will take G a long while to find all your backlinks, so this is a pretty safe rate of backlinking.

After Yahoo showed 1000 backlinks to my site, then I didn't care how much I blasted per day and didn't have any problems with sandboxing.
