[Newbie] How to accepted into ******* w/o a website

Eventhough people say that it's easy to get accepted into cpa lead, I cant get an account once. I tried 5 times and i failed all.
According to some advice i found, I told them i got an FB apps instead of a real website but they still turn me down
Somebody plz tell me what exactly i should fill out the form to join their network.

My advice to you would be dont join CPA Lead, they're shaving like crazy and in the end you wont be getting paid for all your efforts.

Just convince them the site you are applying with gets decent traffic on a daily basis
