Do people use CPA iPhone giveaway offers on Facebook Ads? I think this is against their Advertising Guidelines ToS? But people say they do this?

i tried this on 4 different accounts with $50 in eaqch but didnt converted very well..
what you do is get a normal blog talking about how you can get a free iphone submit the ad then when they approve it just change the index to redirect to your cpa offer
