Creating a Dedicated Blogger Blog for a Product

Newbie here! Will Google ban me for the following?

I have a product on my website which is a hot selling product. I would like to create a simple blog on blogger and dedicated this blog (just 1 post) to this 1 product - URL would contain product key-phrase, post would be some-what rich w/ the keyphrase, I'd have a paragraph or 2 about the product along w/ pictures of celebrities wearing the product (they're sunglasses), and of course, links to the actual product page on my ecomm. website.

What do you think? Could my site get banned for this? If I create several blogs, ea. dedicated to 1 product (using 1 blog post), would this be okay (it would be 10 different products/blogs at most)...

Are there any potential problems w/ this solution? I'm wondering if it would be enough to create one post alone as I've read that Google favors blogs would updated content and my blog would only have 1 post...

I've actually found someone that did this w/ their product - the exact product I'm trying to advertise. Their came up on 1st page of results and the blog has 1 post w/ content. I've used the ban-checker link and their ecomm. site doesn't appear to be banned...

What do you think? Is it a go?

check it again to be sure it is not ban, then ask for the type of product he is selling

The trick with a new Blogger blog is to NOT put links on it right away. Post articles for
a few days and give Google a chance to see that you aren't being spammy. Then go
back after a week or two and GRADUALLY add a few links here or there in your articles
on the blog and ping/bookmark it. You will have a better chance of staying 'under the
radar' and avoid having the blog deleted that way.

The exact product he is selling are sunglasses. I can give you the search term used to pull up his blog on 1st page results if necessary.

I just used the ban checker and it says their domain doesn't appear to be banned.

Their blog, which comes up on 1st page of results, is advertising the keyphrase or product somewhat... they don't seem to be doing a good job of it - content is a little confusing. Weird the way they laid it out... But they are clearly hyping the product.

Interesting - the blog I mentioned has NO hyperlinks to their own ecomm. website! Struck me as odd at first. Looks like they've got a pro working behind the scenes...
