Hey guys..I noticed that most of the newbies joining this forum just keep on posting threads like "How to make money" "Easy ways to earn" "money without investing" blah blah blah..but never mind..mine first post was pretty much the same 
But then I realized that there is no shortcut or easy method to earn money...its really a hard nut to crack..I have spent almost 2 months on the forum and with the grace of the members..Money has started to flow In small amounts..but its more than sufficient to build up a platform for further IM.Its not my full time job coz m a student so I never gave more than 2 hours a day.Here I am going to give you a step by step guidance for setting up a platform!
When I said "Making money online is a hard nut to crack"..I did't really meant it Actually setting up a platform is difficult (Specially when you have very less or nothing to spend for the start).All you need is patients,determination,PLANING (The key!!) and hard work.Make sure you have each and every bit of these things!In this tutorial..I will tell you how I made my first 3k in just two months WITHOUT INVESTING A PENNY!
Now lets get on to the steps-
1.SETUP A PLATFORM
You must be aware of the fact that you need a platform to start your services,marketing or whatever you want to.Its very obvious that you can't hire top quality web-designers for your site.Utilize the free sources..like blogger.com, wordpress etc..just Google it..Remember its not a thumb rule that to be successful you need a domain! Of course its a basic necessarily of a site but it does not mean that you can't gain success from your site until you have a domain.I have a blog whose domain is registered last night only! And it ranks #5 in its niche..and gets massive traffic in a day..adding to that..its not even 10 months old..NO SEO work done at all!!Then what do you need??Lets learn it in step 2.
2.SELECT A NICHE
Select the focus of your site very carefully and smartly.Do a lot of research work for it.Don't start a blog on a topic like abc just because its your favorite.You need to select such a niche which is SEARCHED MORE BUT HAS COMPARATIVELY LESS RESULTS IN SEARCH ENGINS . You can always use softwares like "Traffic Travis" or any other for that.Google it!Look for a term which is less competitive but more productive!Now when we have the niche..lets get on to next step.
3.GET CONTENTS
Contents are the soul of any website.You need to have quality+unique contents for your site.You have 3 options for posting unique contents with quality.
A) Hire A Freelancer-Tell you what..freelancers are not free. So don't go for this step in the initial stages...this option is always open when you have some flow of money.
B) Write yourself-Laborious!!! Really Laborious way!! If you don't know much about your niche...You have to search for the contents from other site and then compile them into your own language/word to make it unique.But if you have sufficient knowledge about your niche then it won't cost much hard work!
C) Use Article Spinner-You can spin the article of others by using article spinners.It basically changes the words with their synonyms and make them unique for the search engine.Most of the softwares are paid but few are free of cost. one of them is http://www.freearticlespinner.com/
You can spin your article in just one click..although you have to spend 5 minutes in order to correct its Grammar!

4.MONETIZE
Remember...GOOGLE ADSENSE IS THE WORST OPTION TO START WITH! You can't utilize the benefits of adsense until you have some decent amount of traffic coming to your site.Try some affiliate or CPA programs whichever suits your niche..Google for them or just search the forum..you''l get the best.
So till now...We got a platform to stand,a topic to work on..and contents for it!Now lets make some money for basic needs-

I used Fiverr for this! Its a place where you can offer your services for $5!Any service...you name it..whatever you think you can do...just register at http://www.fiverr.com and get started.Some of the people complain that they are getting very few orders or no order at all although they are offering very good services.Here are some ways I compiled from which you can utilize Fiverr in the best way.Its mode of payment is Paypal,Paypal and Paypal :hmmm:
1.Offer something unique.The things you think that it would be rare for people.Surf Fiverr before posting it, so that you can get an idea about the kind of offers already there.
2.Now you will say that most and almost every service is offered there..now what? Now you have to play a little smart..use your business instincts...offer something with your gigs [The offers you'll make is a "Gig"].Something like buy 1 get 1 free no seriously..it works.Try to maintain a good communication with your clients.From this,they will give a nice and attractive review about your order which really attracts new customers as you seem to be more reliable and tested!
3.Welcome to the clever method Post the same gig time and time again! With a different title and a bit different description.This will make you pass their filter of Duplicate Gigs..and by this way..you will be on the landing page for a long time..so there are massive chances of big orders on the day itself.You will yourself notice that when you'll post a gig...it gets 250+ views almost instantly and then after few hours..you can hardly see the numbers ticking ahead.So try to be on the first page for maximum time.
I made $70+ in less than a month with this...never used the 3rd method coz m too lazy 4 that
So now you have a strong base for yourself to stand..use Fiverr's money for domains,backlinks etc and then hunt for the big fish...there are hundreds of online marketing programs available...use the search button of the forum for it!Can't ask for a better place to research about the IM programs.And that's it...m not going to explain about IM because there are already many threads which have very good info..search for them.
TRY TO WORK SMARTER...NOT HARDER
So now stop posting useless threads asking for spoon feed (I did that too) And learn the most important rule in order to survive in this virtual world which every BHW member would advice you-
