Yes.. I rtecommend to use autoresponder script like Autoresponder Plus 3, or interspire autoresponder. You can send 500 up to 1000 emails per hour only, this is recommended if you want to hit inbox folder. The most important is manage the subscriber, if the unsubscribe on your first attempt of mailing, do not send them the same offer in your next mail.

If you want to use Desktop mailer (bulk mailing softare) and send 1000 every hour , 95% after 1 week your message will go to spam folder. There no desktop bulk mailing software that can send 100% hit to inbox forever.
