I?m having a lot of trouble selling my valid PR4 and PR5 domains.

Currently my domains are on godaddy buy it now and sedo but they just don?t sell.

I?m not looking for a lot, maybe $100 for the PR4?s, and $150 for the PR5?s

Any ideas?

Depending what your domain names are, you're not asking much.

You can always sell on Flippa. Spend a few minutes and write a good listing. It's all in the sell. Include domains age, snapshots of monthly search traffic if you have any, if not post snapshots of monthly searches from adwords keyword too and any other information relating to the domains niche. ie, pr of top sites in same niche VS yours etc.

But pr4 and 5 you shouldn't be having a hard time selling. PM me and I may be interested.

Thats a weir domain name! I checked the PR using checkpagerank.net and it couldn't determine if the PR was genuine or not.

Have you got any PR2 or P3 ?

I am looking to buy if not de-indexed

I would also recommend Flippa. The best advice I can give is to look through other similar PR offerings and see how they word their sales copy. A good copy can make all the difference in fetching a good price.

It's all well an good recommending flippa, but it will cost $19 to list a site.

What I can do is create an autoblog, and direct traffic to it for 2 months, but that will not assure me of a sale.

You can go to DP to sell your domains, too.

SEDO perhaps is the best...

Flippa is good too...

Have you considered selling contextual or blogroll links instead of selling the domain? You could easily get $20 per link and sell 15-20 slots. The idea is to charge xyz amount per link per month but stipulate they must purchase 6 or 12 months upfront. For most people this isn't an issue as they want long term links.
