1. Im looking for some articles for blogs, since I wont write them. My question is can I just copy/past articles from the net?; how may I know if the author doesnt want to share their article or its copyright protected.

2. How much time approximately does it take to receive Google Ad Sens payment with online banking?

3. Do you think Google Ad Sens payment system is managed by their program only or with a human evaluating every actions of the client account. (wondering if you understand what I mean )

Pretty much no authors want you taking their article and using it without permission or credit. If you cannot write them yourself you may want to hire someone to write them or at least try and rewrite the existing ones. There are many debates over how valuable duplicate content is, but at the end of the day if you just take someones article, it is both duplicate content and considered stolen by most authors.

Im not sure of the exact adsense payment cycle but i think there is at least a month delay on payments.

Adsense accounts are carefully monitored and probably reviewed by humans quite a bit. Whether it is managed by humans or program, you won't slip much by the system, if thats why your asking..
